Named after the Italian word for “oven,” Alforno is the heart of Teatro Group’s baking program—serving our four distinct brands, as well as guests joining us in person or taking out. Inspired by owner Dario Berloni’s love for the laid-back elegance of Italian café culture, Alforno has been proudly serving Calgarians since 2015. We aim to create everyday moments of delight through our Italian-inspired coffee program, handcrafted pastries, expertly crafted food, and warm hospitality.
